Question of the Week - What’s your go-to pedicure color? If you don’t have one, what color(s) are you looking forward to wearing on your toes this spring? I just decided this morning that my hands look too old (GASP) for the fun teal and strawberry mani I did last night. So I suppose fun colors will live on my toes. At the moment, I'm loving teals, greens and blues for my tootsies. I'll always love the shade, For Audrey by China Glaze. What about you? And while we are chatting, when are you too old to wear funky polish? Tell me, please. This upcoming 40th birthday of mine is freaking me out.

I don't hold to this "too old" notion, but I know that makeup often is really more about making us feel more comfortable/happier with ourselves so if you aren't comfortable with funky colors on your hands anymore, I wouldn't have you force it.

ReplyDeleteHonestly, your 40's are a blast- you know what you'll tolerate and what you won't, you waste less time (unless you WANT to waste time) getting to where you want to be, you know yourself better and hopefully love yourself more.
Age is all in the mind, so just stay true to *you* and you'll continue to be awesome.
And...wear whatever colors you want to on your nails- enjoy life!
